Warburton Instrument Warranty
Thank you for your Warburton Instrument purchase! We are pleased to offer a limited two-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. This applies to the Warburton Instruments purchased directly through Warburton Music Products/Warburton Industries, Inc. (Warburton) or an authorized dealer. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the instrument. Warranty does not cover mouthpiece, or accessories.
Terms and conditions of eligibility:
Warburton will, at its discretion, repair or replace any item found to have been defective in materials or manufacture under the terms stated here. Warburton Industries, Inc shall be the sole arbiter of eligibility for warranty repair or replacement. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the original purchaser of the item must present the defective item, together with the original receipt of purchase, to Warburton. This eligibility is limited to the original owner. Warburton reserves the right to make changes to this warranty. Policies in place at the time of the purchase will be honored.
Damage caused by neglect or misuse of instrument is not covered. This warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or malfunction due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, shipping, or improper handling; items that have been altered or on which the serial number has been modified, removed or defaced; normal wear and tear; periodic maintenance; conditions caused by perspiration, corrosive environment, or extremes in temperature or humidity. Instrument adjustment is not covered by this warranty. Any item submitted for warranty that is found ineligible will be given an estimate for repair, and work will only be performed at the customer’s request.
Warranty is void if any repair or attempt to repair instrument by customer or by an unauthorized repair person has been made. An unauthorized repair person is anyone other than Warburton or a repair facility specified by Warburton in writing upon submission of the warranty claim.
The purchaser must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning any instrument, component, or part to Warburton. For warranty repairs approved within ninety (90) days of purchase, a prepaid shipping label will be sent. Secure packing for the shipment of goods for warranty repair/replacement is always the sole responsibility of the owner. Warburton will pay return charges for shipment back to the customer for approved warranty claims that are submitted within ninety days of purchase. The owner of the instrument will pay shipping charges to and from Warburton or the approved repair facility for approved warranty claims submitted after ninety days of purchase.
