Domingo had been playing our RS5 model which was working very well for symphony use. He wanted a brighter version of it that could also be used in the Salsa bands but still be suitable for symphony venues. Domingo visited the factory in 2010 and worked with Terry through several changes to the RS5 model - mainly adding a slight V shape to the bottom - to achieve the result Domingo was looking for.: .281" (size K)

"Every player wants a mouthpiece that can ease the changing of styles as well as performing for long periods of time. Warburton designed a mouthpiece that perfectly suits me for that and much more. Besides my job with Boston Brass, all the ensembles and the recording sessions that I am involved in, this mouthpiece gives the sound and the evenness that I need in every occasion"

- Domingo Pagliuca, about the Pagliuca 2

Designed in 2019, and now used as Domingo's exclusive mouthpiice, the Pagliuca 2 is the perfect mouthpiece for any player who is looking for a powerful and expansive range, without sacrificing tone or endurance. With careful attention to the rim shape, this deep mouthpiece can play the softest pianissimo or bombastically, with precise articulation in all registers. For the symphonic player who is searching for the balance between all of these traits, this may be the key!
