Terry Warburton and Mike Vax spent the second week of August 2016 designing and fine tuning the "Vaxinator" signature model trumpet. This medium-large bore (.460") trumpet features a medium-style leadpipe and a lightweight, five-inch, gold brass bell with a standard-flare.

Mike has to play so many different styles, that he needed a horn that was versatile enough to cover many genres of music. The Vaxinator is designed in such a way that it is nimble enough for jazz and lead playing, but is also able to produce the warm sounds sought by symphonic and orchestral players.

Mike Vax exclusively performs on the:
Warburton Vaxinator Signature model trumpet
Warburton CT-33-ML model cornet
Warburton Flugelhorn.

"I have had an amazing week with Terry Warburton and his whole staff. To actually be a part of the design of my new horns and mouthpieces, and to watch the craftsmanship and attention to detail has been a revelation!"
– Mike Vax
