Christian Trumpet Artist David O'Neill
Born in Meriden, Connecticut, David started playing the trumpet at the age of 10 and began his solo trumpet work as a competing trumpeter in the Connecticut Fife and Drum Corp. and won his first state championship at the age of 12. David stayed undefeated for the next five years retiring his title with 92 gold medals and holding the state championships in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York.
During David's teenage years, he had the honor of being named the Top Trumpet Player of the Year in America - winning many awards and accomplishments including sitting first chair in All-State Orchestra for four years, first chair in McDonald's All-American Band, Connecticut's Young Artist award, John Philip Sousa award, America's Who's Who, and many division titles.
David had a great experience touring Europe as a soloist with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra. He was accepted at the New England Conservatory of Music and Hartt College of Music, however, served in the United States Marine Corp. then chose to go on as a trumpet soloist. David's professional career has consisted of playing in the back-up bands with Michael McDonald, Bette Midler, Diana Ross, B. B. King, Radio City Music Hall pit orchestras, the Broadway Theater, as well as having the privilege of performing at the White House. |

Bill Hamilton - Low Brass Bill is originally from Long Island, NY, where he started playing trombone at the age of ten. His experience includes a wide variety of musical situations including three of the United States Field bands for the Air Force, a stint on the Glenn Miller Orchestra, a tour with the "In the Mood" show, and many cruise ships which he continues to do as well as a variety of free lance work. Bill has had a long-time fascination with mouthpieces and has a good understanding of their importance for optimal performance.
