Playing with a circus is demanding and I'm called upon to do a variety of musical styles. The show is over two hours long, averaging 9 shows a week for 50 weeks a year and this top keeps me fresh!"

 Brian "Slick" Anderson graduated in 1988 from Indiana "University School of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree in trumpet performance. His teacher and mentor is professor William Adam. Brian played split-lead with the Clyde Beatty-Cole Bros Circus for 6 years and played on numerous cruise ships. He has been with the Ringling Bros & Barnum and Bailey Circus for the past 12 years and currently holds the positions of lead trumpet and assistant musical conductor.
