The weight,the good sized throat, and very comfortable rim make for a wonderful mouthpiece, very stable in all registers with a large body of sound - a wonderful 11C. For my bass trombone, the 1 1/2G is of good weight and throat size making it easy to pop out the pedals- lots of flexibility in the low register with a full sound."
